We welcome young kids into the exciting and joyful world of dance. Classes are designed provide kids with concepts of posture, stretch, creativity, and rhythm through the exercises.
Latinozumba
Latinozumba is a Latino-inspired dance-fitness class that incorporates Latino and international music and dance movements. The classes combine fast and slow rhythms that tone and shape up the body using a dance-fitness approach to achieve a balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits.
R'n'B Style
R'n'B is another of the street dances. Like hip-hop and R'n'B as a style of dance, music as well. It has Afro-American roots and the name stands for Rhythm and Blues, a musical style thus combines elements of jazz, gospel and blues. R & B began to take shape around 1940, and its exact name of the journalist gave him the name Jerry Wexler. Among the most original musical instruments used in R'n'B belonged bass guitars, drums, saxophone and keyboards. Currently R'n'B but i got into the commercial sphere, and so i started getting into it elements of pop rock. R'n'B is based primarily on feelings and it's dance, which is closely linked with text music.
R'n'B theoretically has no basic steps, because the action is constantly changing and upgrading, and depends on each dancer, what steps you can dream up and how it is used. Yet, you will find the steps that are used as the base where they can then add their own ideas.
Today, many successful singers and dancers are being addressed R'n'B.
Ragga
Ragga is an afro-jamaican style with jazz and hip hop elements. It is very a dynamic style based around raggamuffin and world music. The classes consist of fast rhythms, which tone and sculpt the body using a dance approach. These classes will bring you lots of energy, fun and positive emotions.
Yoga
One-hour class challenging the body through postures and balance while fostering mental focus. All asanas are taught with modification for individuals’ body type and skill level. This allows you and your skills to grow at your own pace.
Clip Dance
Have you ever wanted to dance like your favorite superstars but dont know where to begin? Clip Dance class will bring out the superstar in you. This style is based on the music and choreography from famous videoclips.
Wedding dance lessons
Private dance lessons for couples who want to throw a real show at their wedding. Whether it is elegant waltz, sexy salsa or Viennese waltz, the teachers are trained and ready to turn you into confident performers and dancers.
